• Area Resources management, control and coordination
• Steer the planning and implementation of career development within the military police and ensure the promotion of sustainable employee development
• Infrastructure, Space & Environment, Integral Safety, Health and Safety at Work and Finance
• Ensure coherence and coordination between CVT requirements, career development and finance
• Analyze resource use, identify optimization potential and ensure transparency and controllability of the funds used
• University or university degree towards business administration, general management or industrial engineering
• Very good knowledge and proven experience in organizational development, business administration, project portfolio management, risk management, process management, occupational health management and integral security
• Several years of experience in management tasks, administrative experience at VBS
• Detailed knowledge of military and administrative organisations and defence processes
• Good and active knowledge of at least one second official language (B2) and of passive knowledge of a third official language (B1)
