You can make this contribution

• Developing decision bases for the Command Cyber management team and the supervisor

• Manage and control the integral risk portfolio (operation) in close coordination with the audit management in the Cyber command

• Planning and coordinating risk management assessments, assessing and prioritizing risks and pursuing the implementation of risk reduction measures together with line managers

• Advise and support the Chief Command Cyber, the management team, the line and the heads of the guided tours on risk-relevant issues and the application of risk management methods

• Further develop the risk management process with the GRC approach (Governance, Risk and Compliance) and promote a sustainable risk culture in the Cyber Command

• The Cyber Command is actively represented in expert committees and working groups of the higher authority as well as with relevant partners

This makes you unique

• University / University of Applied Sciences degree (Bachelor / Master) in Business Administration or subject-specific further education in risk and / or audit management with several years of functionally relevant experience

• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and, where possible, passive knowledge of a third official language

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as experience in the preparation of management reports and decision bases

• Convincing communication, presentation and consulting skills as well as experience in working with different stakeholders

• Advantageous is a military career as an officer in the Swiss army, with missions in the staff of a large federation or comparable command or command. Use of staff
