Full description

• Responsible for the further development and implementation of crisis management for the entire state economic supply (WL)
• Shapes the organisational crisis preparedness of the WL, develops concepts and processes and implements them for the successful management of extraordinary situations
• Designes crisis scenarios and develops and implements training and crisis exercises for the entire WL
• As Chief Lage, ensures a current and reliable situational picture, analyzes relevant developments and supports the escalation decisions
• Represents the department management resources in absence (deputy)
• Master in Economics or Crisis Management
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex issues in an understandable and user-friendly manner
• Experience in crisis management/RM/BCM (ideally in the Federal Administration)
• Self-employed work and proven editorial skills
• Strong social skills, a high level of networking and user-friendly communication skills
• Very good knowledge of two official languages and good knowledge of English
