Your tasks

• Co-development and development of a centrally oriented education
• Further development of the educational concept and training strategy
• Planning and coordination of practical training of learners and students
• Planning of training places and coordination of practical missions
• Leadership, coaching and further development of the two main responsible vocational trainers: women and all learners in care (around 15 learners)
• Organisation and management of vocational training groups
• Ensuring and further developing a high quality of training
• Cooperation and networking with internal and external educational partners
• Accompanying learners and students in special training situations
• Main responsibility in the selection, introduction and support of new learners and students
• Evaluation of relevant training indicators and derivation of development measures

Your profile

• Completed nursing training (HF, FH or DN2) or equivalent qualification
• Further training in the field of vocational training (e.g.: trainer:in with federal certificate or MAS Adult Education)
• At least 5 years of professional experience and high professional security in the care sector
• Experience in vocational training and enjoyment of the development of learners and students
• Strong conceptual, organisational and strategic skills
• Proven leadership experience and pleasure in the professional support and development of educational persons
