Your area of responsibility

• Leadership and development of a team in the field
• Recruitment of new preventive counsellors
• Determination of sales targets and development plans
• Active support of the General Agent in systematic market development
• Implementation and safeguarding of comprehensive pension and financial advice
• Support and expansion of its own customer portfolio

Their strengths

• Completed training in the insurance industry (dipl. financial advisor IAF or financial planner eidg. FA
• Leadership and high motivation to lead preventive consultants to success and also to act as a role model in sales
• Enthusiastic, winning personality with strong sales and social skills
• High willingness to perform with goal-oriented and well-organized working methods
• Communication skills coupled with negotiation skills and high customer orientation
