Your tasks – varied and responsible

• Leadership, promotion and further development of the service team (technical & personnel)
• Support of employees in technical issues
• Budget responsibility incl.

Ensuring achievement of the target

• Building a high level of motivation, quality and productivity in the team
• Close cooperation with Back Office and Front for smooth processes
• Organization and participation in the piket service
• Active participation in the design and up-to-date life of our corporate culture
• Expert customer advice on renovations, maintenance contracts and services
• Reception, processing and technical clarification of customer complaints

Your profile – competent in technical, humanely convincing

• Multi-year experience in heating service
• Completed training at FA level, ideally professional for combustion and heat technology
• First management experience of advantage
• High willingness to take responsibility, flexibility and resilience
• Customer-oriented approach, solution-oriented, „Hands-on, mentality
