In order to expand the team for our rheumatology at the Burgdorf site, we are looking for an immediate or by agreement

Tasks

• Leadership responsibility for the Secretariat team
• Reception and care of patients including appointment and agenda management
• Organisation and coordination of consultation hours
• Performing venous blood sampling and injections as well as instruction to patients during injections
• Writing office hours reports according to dictates
• Communication and coordination with internal and external contacts:
• Diverse administrative secretarial tasks to ensure smooth practical operation
• Possibility for professional development and competence expansion in patient counselling with focus on the promotion of self-management of those affected

Profile

• Completed training as medical:r practice assistant:in or a comparable training with corresponding medical-administrative skills
• Flexible, resilient and positioned personality with organisational skills
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and experience in writing medical reports from Dictaphone
• Efficient, independent and responsible work, even in demanding situations
• Patient orientation and a friendly attitude that creates a pleasant practice atmosphere
