Team Leader / Team Leader Service 70-80 %

Their tasks

• Operational leadership of the service team
• Professional, organisational and planning responsibility within the team
• Resource planning taking into account quality, safety and efficiency
• Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines
• Assistance in event and offer planning and their pricing

Your profile

• Completed training restoration specialist EFZ or equivalent training
• Leadership experience in a comparable position
• Several years of experience in gastronomy
• Very good computer skills
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoying multiple challenges
• Good knowledge of German in words and writing
