You lead an interdisciplinary team in the areas of painting, GRP work, adhesive technology, cleaning and advertising technology and ensure the high-quality execution of the work on our rail vehicles. You provide orientation and promote the further development of your employees so that your team can optimally contribute its expertise. • You lead, develop and empower around 15 employees and ensure clear goals and responsibilities
• You develop processes and standards further and promote continuous improvement and effective cross-team collaboration
• You plan and control resources, coordinate orders and ensure smooth workshop operations
• You strengthen the team’s position as a reliable service provider and ensure customer-oriented cooperation with internal and external customers
