• You are responsible for setting up and presenting the offer depending on the time of day and season
• At the buffet, customers are actively served and advised by you
• You help prepare fresh warm and seasonal food
• Compliance with and enforcement of the HACCP concept falls within your remit
• You help in the dishwashing room

Requirements

• Ideally, several years of professional experience: in the field of (systems) gastronomy
• Completed basic or further education: as a chef / kitchen employee EBA of advantage
• You show a high sense of quality and responsibility
• Selling and consulting are your passions and customer satisfaction your motivation
• You convince with your resilience, flexibility and high willingness to perform
• PC skills and high digital fitness set you apart
• German (very good knowledge)
