Introduction
For our Research & Development division, we are looking for a (M/F) R&D Project Manager whose main mission will be to provide R&D support for process changes or differences in the performance of watch dressing detected in manufacturing flows.
As a team with our materials designers and engineers, and in close collaboration with the Quality and Production services, you will be responsible for leading the reliability approach.

- Lead risk management in terms of design, industrial environment and performance targets to be achieved
- Conduct, on the basis of numerical tests, experimental tests and experimental plans, an approach to quantify the robustness of the watch throughout its life cycle
Main responsibilities
- Lead risk management in terms of design, industrial environment and performance targets to be achieved
- Conduct, on the basis of numerical tests, experimental tests and experimental plans, an approach to quantify the robustness of the watch throughout its life cycle
- Implement scientific, statistical and reliable approaches to support analysis and provide sound argumentation
- To be a force of proposal and involved in the industrialization phases in order to participate in the analysis and treatment of the performance gaps in the production flow
- Formalize results and communicate them through technical reports and presentations
- Developing and sustaining business knowledge Profile
- HES/EPF degree in physics, mechanics, microtechnics or equivalent training
- Technical and scientific expertise, in particular on mechanical, measurement and characterization topics
- Good knowledge of materials resistance, design and statistical analysis
- Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
