• Represent the chief physician of the Monteceneri Recruitment Centre professionally and in terms of staff
• Perform independent medical examinations of the contractors
• Assess the suitability for military service and civil protection
• Lead the medical examination committee to assess fitness Communicate and represent findings from the specialist areas externally and maintain a close cooperation with the heads of primary medical care and medical recruitment
• Eidg. Diploma as a doctor or equivalent with MEBEKO recognition, specialist title Doctor with clinical experience
• Interest in military and military medical topics
• Engaged and prudent leader with pleasure in the exchange in a motivated, interdisciplinary team
• Enjoy contact with members of the army, as well as high social and communication skills
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and passive knowledge of a third official language
