Main responsibilities
- Professional support and supervision of all nursing trainees supervised at the private ward F
- Independent training planning for themselves and the trainees
- Implementation of practical learning and teaching units
- Close cooperation with ward management and the team of nursing education
- Participation in the development and implementation of concepts and standards props
- Completed training as nursing specialists HF or FH with a psychiatric focus
- Several years of professional experience in nursing and accompanying trainees
