Project Manager Product Communication (M/F)

Place of work: Brügg (BE)

Attached to the Communication Centre within La Montre Hermès, the Product Communication Project Manager is the guarantor/guarantee of the creation, coordination and dissemination of all the product content related to the watch collections and exceptional pieces of the Maison. At the interface of multiple internal and external interlocutors, he/she actively contributes to the radiation of watchmaking creations through inspiring and perfectly executed content.

• Your main tasks will be:
• Production of product content:
• You will organize and coordinate the output flows of exceptional watches and parts for shootings: requests, logistical tracking, recovery and restitution.
• You will ensure the planning and management of visual productions: packshots, still lifes, worn visuals, video animations and 3D content.
• You will ensure that planning, priorities and quality requirements are respected throughout the projects.
• Shooting supervision and content creation:
• You will develop creative briefings in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• You will accompany photographers, videographers and specialist service providers during productions.
• You will track shots, coordinate editing requests and validate final deliverables.
• You will ensure the aesthetic consistency and the presentation of the products while respecting the identity of the House.

Distribution and management of assets

• You will organize, reformat and make available content for internal teams, graphic designers and various communication media.
• You will guarantee the accessibility, quality and proper integration of assets on different digital platforms and interfaces.
• You will participate in the continuous improvement of content management and sharing processes.

Administrative and budgetary monitoring

• You will ensure the administrative follow-up of services and purchase orders.
• You will be involved in monitoring budgets related to visual productions.
• You will ensure proper expenditure management and compliance with financial commitments.

Your profile

You are a graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree (business school, college, university or equivalent), with a specialization in marketing, communication or project management.

• You justify a first successful experience of 2 to 5 years in the production of product content, ideally in the watchmaking, jewellery or luxury sectors.
• At the same time, you know how to manage several projects rigorously and methodically, within demanding deadlines.
• You are sensitive to the worlds of luxury, design and aesthetics, and have a true product culture as well as an eye attentive to detail.
• You are recognized for your initiative, your ability to propose solutions and your sense of outcome.
• You appreciate the cross-cutting work and excel in the coordination of multiple interlocutors thanks to your relational qualities.
• You master office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) as well as digital content management environments.
• You speak fluently in English and French, both orally and in writing.
