Case Manager (50-70%)

• As a case manager, you accompany the surgical patients before, during and after the hospital stay
• From the anamnesis to the follow-up telephone, you are at the patient's advice
• They coordinate cooperation between different service providers
• Organise appropriate connection solutions as required

Dipl. Nurse HF/FH (30-50%):

• They treat and care for patients during the hospital stay
• They help to ensure optimal and competent care
• Medical, administrative and domestic activities are part of your area of responsibility
• They like to accompany learners.
• They support you in ensuring a smooth departmental flow taking into account the cost-effectiveness
• Training as a nurse HF, professional experience in an acute hospital
• an independent, competent and innovative personality
• Responsibility and teamwork
• a careful, exact and independent working method
• Willingness to innovate and develop professionally
• Very good knowledge of German (verbal and written) and oral knowledge of French (or ready to learn it)
• A great team, in which high quality of care and a good cooperation is important
