Main responsibilities

- Develop individual measures to promote recovery and support sustainable reintegration
- You advise executives and HR specialists on complex issues relating to working ability and reintegration
- You work closely with internal specialist departments as well as external partners from medicine and social insurance
- You develop processes, standards and key figures in case management and ensure professional documentation Requirements
- Completed training in the commercial sector, health or social services or in psychology supplemented by further training in case management
- Several years of experience in case management or a comparable function as well as in-depth knowledge of the Swiss social security system
- Strong consulting competence and a high understanding of labour law and medical issues
- Communication-strong, trustworthy personality with pleasure in interdisciplinary cooperation
