Role overview

Tasks

• Processing of applications according to allocations in the ambulatory area

• Telephone and written communication with patients, relatives and internal and external bodies

• Coordination of patient appointments and invitation to the initial interview

• Ensuring smooth operation between ambulatories and patient disposition

• Maintenance and management of master/patient data in the Nexus system

• Support for administrative activities and process optimization

Requirements

• Kauffrau/Kaufmann with professional card or with paramedical training and further education as a clerk H+

• Experience in disposition and/or healthcare is beneficial

• High service orientation and high quality awareness

• Strong organisational skills and networked thinking
