- You shape everyday life together with the residents – from low-threshold leisure activities to household tasks such as shopping or cooking.
- You accompany the residents in the group and in a 1:1 setting and support them with basic care.
- Completed education as Care Professional (FaBe) or Health Care Professional (FaGe) EFZ
- Experience in accompanying people with disabilities and enthusiasm for responsible caregiver work
Main responsibilities
- You shape everyday life together with the residents – from low-threshold leisure activities to household tasks such as shopping or cooking.
- You accompany the residents in the group and in a 1:1 setting and support them with basic care.
- You strengthen their participation, open up new learning fields, and promote individual resources. What We Offer

Key requirements
- Completed education as Care Professional (FaBe) or Health Care Professional (FaGe) EFZ
- Experience in accompanying people with disabilities and enthusiasm for responsible caregiver work
- Willingness to work on-call and weekends (with weekly compensation)
- Team spirit, high social competence, and interest in professional and personal development
- Experience in accompanying people with disabilities and enjoy responsible caregiver work.
- Completed training as a Care Professional (FaBe) or Health Professional (FaGe) EFZ.
