• Store Life: You coordinate the flow of goods, take part and, as a “captain”, are a regular contact for the entire branch.
• People Management: You conduct monthly coaching talks (INDI), create engagement plans and find the best talent for your team.
• Strategy: You analyze your metrics and plan the next big thing. What sports are we pushing next season? How do we develop your team’s skills?
• Business Ownership: P&L and KPI analyses are not a gray theory for you, but your daily tools. You control your department like your own company and make bold decisions for more profitability.
