The SSR HR National Competence Centre manages personnel affairs at the strategic level and coordinates HR services of the various business units. It sets the framework conditions and guarantees equal treatment throughout the enterprise.

Your Mission

As a public service medium, we are undergoing a profound transformation. Our corporate culture is an essential lever to implement our strategy. Directly linked to the Head of Personnel and Culture Development, you are responsible for the cross-cutting coordination and management of a portfolio of strategic initiatives and projects in the context of cultural development. This cross-cutting function, without hierarchical responsibility, is based on your ability to influence, mobilize people and coordinate activities across linguistic, regional and trade boundaries.

• Piloting a portfolio of strategic projects: independently planning, coordinating and directing several cultural transformation projects; ensure collaboration between specialised areas, regions and linguistic regions, and advance the implementation of agreed measures and milestones
• Data-based diagnostic and piloting: conducting stakeholder and impact analyses, using cultural diagnostics and surveys of collaborators to make recommendations and measure progress

Your profile

• Master's degree in social sciences, organizational psychology, business management or in a comparable field; further training in change management or organizational development is an asset
• Several years of experience in change management and cultural transformation, ideally both in council and in business, including through major reorganizations
• Experience confirmed in the conduct and management of cross-cutting cultural initiatives and projects, as well as in collaboration with managers
• Mastery of diagnostic methods (impact assessments, surveys, cultural diagnoses) and data-based approach
• Proven ability to bring people together and advance projects without hierarchical authority: diplomacy, political sense and perseverance
• Excellent mastery of German and French, both oral and written
• Italian is an asset
• Sensitivity to the challenges of a multilingual environment and a public service institution
