Tasks

• Responsible for the operational management of day care in the personnel, pedagogical, organizational and administrative area
• Maintain and promote partnership with parents in practice
• Maintain close cooperation with a second manager of another childcare company at the school location
• Participation in working groups and conferences within the city of Bern, as well as cooperation with the school, specialist offices and other internal offices

Requirements

• Diploma degree from a higher technical school for child education, social pedagogy or a related education in the fields of pedagogy or psychology as well as additional training in personnel management
• Several years of professional experience, experience in human resources management and business and administrative knowledge
• Planning and organizational skills, IT affinity
