Role overview

  • Support the creation, implementation and monitoring of the technical operation and the further development of the ICT-Portal-V application in cooperation with the Product Owner
  • Structuring, analyzing and testing technical requirements and converting them into comprehensible user stories for application development by showing possibilities for implementation
  • assist in identifying needs and expectations and prioritizing the requirements of contracting entities
  • Maintaining product backlogs
  • Prepare refinements and sprint planning
  • Coordinate implementation with product owner and development

  • Support and instruct system users and ensure that the defined requirements are implemented
  • Assist in ensuring professional tests according to the test concept; test new or advanced functionalities

  • University degree (uni / FH / ETH) or higher vocational training in business informatics or a comparable technical discipline as well as initial experience in system operations and requirements engineering
  • High interest in digitizing functions and processes as well as technical application knowledge of ServiceNow or USU Service Management
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working methods as well as the ability to keep track of several parallel topics
  • Enjoy analyzing requirements, documenting them in a very comprehensible manner and converting them into practical solutions together with specialist areas, development and operation
