- Support the creation, implementation and monitoring of the technical operation and the further development of the ICT-Portal-V application in cooperation with the Product Owner
- Structuring, analyzing and testing technical requirements and converting them into comprehensible user stories for application development by showing possibilities for implementation
- assist in identifying needs and expectations and prioritizing the requirements of contracting entities
- Maintaining product backlogs
- Prepare refinements and sprint planning

- High interest in digitizing functions and processes as well as technical application knowledge of ServiceNow or USU Service Management
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working methods as well as the ability to keep track of several parallel topics
- Enjoy analyzing requirements, documenting them in a very comprehensible manner and converting them into practical solutions together with specialist areas, development and operation
