- Collect, analyse and clarify the needs expressed by users and production professions
- Translate business needs into adapted functional solutions
Main responsibilities
- Collect, analyse and clarify the needs expressed by users and production professions
- Translate business needs into adapted functional solutions
- Provide interface between business users, Product Owner and technical teams
Application process
- Contribute to the evolution, maintenance and smooth operation of production applications
- Support technical teams to ensure a common understanding of needs
- Participate in functional tests, user recipes and deployment of developments
- Ensure functional maintenance of production applications
- Contribute to level 2 and 3 incident resolution
- Participate in support, development and implementation of ESM solutions Profile
- University training in management computing or equivalent experience
- Experience as Business Analyst or similar function; industrial experience is desired
