In this key position, you are the link between departments, the clinic and ICT

• you translate technical requirements into viable digital solutions and actively drive the transformation of our hospital. You will start with a focus on migrating our ERP platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• especially in the areas of patient administration, service recording and pharmacy
• and will expand your scope to include further digitalization projects across clinical and administrative processes. You report directly to the Head of Transformation & Digitalization and work closely with the Digitalization Board, the specialists, external partners and ICT managers. Everyday work is varied, demanding and makes an important contribution to the smooth functioning and future viability of our hospital.
• Collection, analysis and structuring of technical requirements from clinics, care and administration - with a consistent focus on benefits, feasibility and profitability
• Analysis, modeling and further development of business processes (ACTUAL/TARGET analysis, BPMN, weak point and potential analysis), especially in the context of ERP migration
• Development of specifications, user stories, epics and solution concepts in close coordination with specialist departments, architecture board and ICT
• Moderation of workshops with different stakeholder groups - from clinical specialist staff through management to external solution partners - and stage-appropriate preparation of the results
• Translation service between technical language and IT language: you understand both worlds, mediate confidently between them and ensure a sustainable common understanding
• Taking over (partial) project management in digitalization projects - initially in the ERP migration program, in the future also in other projects (e.g. workflow automation, HIS bridging measures, ServiceNow extensions, data platform)
• Ensuring the quality of developed solutions together with business owners, from conception through testing to handover into operation
• Active support of change management: you enable departments to successfully adopt new digital tools and processes
• Ongoing support of business applications: you record requirements and requests for improvement from the business, accompany their implementation with ICT and ensure that departments are optimally supported in everyday life - even beyond project phases.
• Contribution to the strategic further development of the digitalization roadmap and identification of new areas of application (e.g. Process automation, AI-supported workflows) What sets you apart:
• Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, computer science or a related field (HF/FH/University) or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience
• Several years of professional experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer or in a comparable interface role, ideally in the environment of complex transformation or ERP projects
• Sound methodological expertise in requirements analysis, requirements engineering and process modeling (BPMN, ideally IREB CPRE or comparable)
• Experience in supporting ERP projects - ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable platforms - with an understanding of the associated processes
• Experience in the hospital or healthcare system or willingness and ability to quickly become involved in clinical and administrative hospital processes (esp. patient administration, service recording and pharmacy)
• Strong moderation, communication and presentation skills - appropriate to the level from specialist to management
• Analytical and structured thinking, a high degree of independence and a binding, solution-oriented working style
• Understanding of the regulatory framework in the Swiss healthcare system (nDSG, KDSG, etc.) is an advantage
• Stylish spoken and written German
