- Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, computer science or a related field (HF/FH/University) or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience
- Several years of professional experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer or in a comparable interface role, ideally in the environment of complex transformation or ERP projects
- Sound methodological expertise in requirements analysis, requirements engineering and process modeling (BPMN, ideally IREB CPRE or comparable) Experience in supporting ERP projects
- ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable platforms

Company and context
- For our ICT at the Burgdorf location, we are looking for someone immediately or by appointment: Your scope: We are specifically expanding our ICT & digitalization organization and creating the role of Business Analyst for Digital Transformation.
- In this key position, you are the link between departments, the clinic and ICT - you translate technical requirements into viable digital solutions and actively drive the transformation of our hospital.
- You will start with a focus on migrating our ERP platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
- especially in the areas of patient administration, service recording and pharmacy
- and will expand your scope to include further digitalization projects across clinical and administrative processes.
- You report directly to the Head of Transformation & Digitalization and work closely with the Digitalization Board, the specialists, external partners and ICT managers.
- Everyday work is varied, demanding and makes an important contribution to the smooth functioning and future viability of our hospital.
- Collection, analysis and structuring of technical requirements from clinics, care and administration - with a consistent focus on benefits, feasibility and profitability
- Analysis, modeling and further development of business processes (ACTUAL/TARGET analysis, BPMN, weak point and potential analysis), especially in the context of ERP migration
- Development of specifications, user stories, epics and solution concepts in close coordination with specialist departments, architecture board and ICT
