SECO’s Labour Directorate is part of the federal competence centre for all core questions of labour market policy and unemployment insurance. The labour market/unemployment insurance (ALV) area is responsible for the Unemployment Insurance Act as compensation body of the ALV Fund. As part of the IT department, the ITOFF group is responsible for the IT office, various cross-sectional functions for the application landscape of public employment, unemployment insurance and labour market statistics with around 6,000 internal and over 200,000 external users.

• Analyzing and documenting professional requirements in the IAM environment, selecting appropriate requirements collection methods and translating complex needs into actionable solutions
• Actively shaping the future IAM landscape by modeling processes, roles and information flows as well as bridging the gap between business, architecture and IT security
• Ensuring compliance and decision-making ability by aligning requirements with data protection and security requirements as well as providing well-founded decision-making basis
• Accompanying agile implementation, prioritizing requirements for business impact and supporting story creation and acceptance
• Long-term assurance of knowledge and quality by developing understandable technical concepts, carrying out targeted tests and creating practical training documents

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Informatics or equivalent degree (Federal Faculty) with further education in SCRUM, SAFe and several years of professional experience
• In-depth knowledge in IAM as well as special knowledge in business and requirements engineering in software development
• Teamwork, pleasure in agile work as well as independent and self-responsible action
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, assertiveness, networked thinking and high performance motivation
• Good active knowledge of two official languages in word and writing and good knowledge of English
