Key requirements
- Three or more years of professional and leadership experience in retail as a specialist, department, or area manager
- Completed vocational training (EBA) in retail (food) or a related profession
- Enjoyment of fresh products and ideally professional experience with them
- Skill in planning and organizing tasks and interpreting key figures
- Physically fit, some parcels weigh up to 10 kilos
- Familiar with PC, tablet, and smartphone and quickly adapt to other digital tools German (very good knowledge)
