- Be the Bienois representative on the project to implement the BIM methodology in the ROLEX group
- Managing the BIM project: planning, monitoring, monitoring of BIM deliverables, and reporting
Main responsibilities
- Be the Bienois representative on the project to implement the BIM methodology in the ROLEX group
- Managing the BIM project: planning, monitoring, monitoring of BIM deliverables, and reporting
- To assess the situation and organise the necessary training
- With the IT department, coordinate and organize the provision of the collaboration platform
- Organize and host BIM coordination meetings (kick-off, flash detection, milestones, quality audits...)
- Coordinate the digital planning process on predominantly building projects, while collaborating with other technical areas where necessary. Profile
- Holder of a building design CFC (mastery of another HVAC technique would be a plus) and a BIM Co-ordinator certificate
- Confirmed experience (3-5 years minimum) of the BIM and CAD Autodesk (Revit) tools, with clean use in project context
- Ability to structure, analyse and coordinate complex subjects independently
