Introduction For our Purchasing, Support & Infrastructure department, we are looking for a Building BIM Coordinator (M/F) whose main mission will be the deployment and implementation of BIM on the site, then the coordination of the Building/Architecture part.

- Be the Biennian representative on the BIM methodology implementation project in the ROLEX group
- Ensure the management of the BIM project: planning, monitoring, control of BIM deliverables, and reporting
Main responsibilities
- Be the Biennian representative on the BIM methodology implementation project in the ROLEX group
- Ensure the management of the BIM project: planning, monitoring, control of BIM deliverables, and reporting
- Take stock of skills and organize the necessary training
- With the IT department, coordinate and organize the provision of the collaboration platform
- Organize and facilitate BIM coordination meetings (kick-off, clash detection, milestones, quality audits, etc.)
- Coordinate the digital planning process on building-dominated projects, while collaborating with other technical areas when necessary. Profile
- Holds a CFC of building designer (mastery of another HVACSE technique would be a plus) and a certificate of BIM Coordinator
- Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) of Autodesk BIM and CAD tools (Revit), with creative use in project context
- Ability to structure, analyze and coordinate complex subjects independently
