- Your responsibilities Review customer specifications to define technical tender requirements Develop preliminary design of the product Prepare a technical sheet and propose suitable technical solutions to be integrated in the proposal documentation Create accurate cost estimates and define material requirements in ERP Obtain accurate pricing information by collaborating with suppliers & vendors Ensure on-time cost estimate submittal to the bid and proposal team Maintaining accurate technical and costing product information throughout the entire deal lifecycle Provide technical tender support during bid revision or negotiation Ensure clear and timely communication with all tender stakeholders Your background University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, or similar vocational education (high school – perito elettrotecnico, apprentice – apprendistato\/istituto tecnico industriale) First experience in a similar role, especially considering the technical skills is an advantage Experience in Microsoft 365 tools, preferably, knowledge of SAP, CAD and AI Strong attention to detail and communication skills as well as a self-starter mentality Fluent in English, Italian would be beneficial Willingness to travel up to 10% on short trips More about us Our flexible working practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow.
