• You are operationally active in company case management and provide impact-oriented and proactive support for your case portfolio taking into account social and business aspects
• You lead strengthened by your many years of practical experience, simple as well as complex cases professionally
• You coach our managers in presence and case management service-oriented and collegial
• You work actively and solution-oriented with all social insurance partners, KTG and UVG
• You contribute input to optimize the processes of presence and case management

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in case management: including case management of complex cases in a large company and/or in insurance
• Eidg. Professional ID: or CAS mandatory in the field of social insurance and/or case management
• Implementation-strong personality with a high sense of responsibility and solution-oriented working method
• Strong communication strength and ability to deal constructively with different stakeholders, even in challenging situations
• High level of analytical and networked thinking as well as a clear prioritization for effective solution finding
• Trustworthy and open-minded personality
• Affinity for dealing with a large number of IT applications
• Driving licence and willingness to travel
• in German (negotiation confident)
