• Professional and organizational management of the Learning Polymechanics EFZ and Production Mechanics EFZ at the Biel site
• - Planning, implementation and further development of training programmes in accordance with current educational regulations
• - Implementation of basic mechanical training including intercompany courses (UK)
• - Coordination and supervision of all training processes to ensure training objectives
• - Organization and operation of the training workshop infrastructure, including procurement, maintenance and disposal ##
• Your profile -
• Completed vocational apprenticeship in polymechanics EFZ with a focus on production and further training as a vocational trainer*
• or enlightened in the course.
• Several years of professional experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment and in-depth knowledge of
• Vocational training
• - Very good knowledge of CNC programming (preferably Heidenhain and Fanuc)
• - In-depth experience in CAM (preferably Open Mind Hyper MILL), as well as application experience in CAD and
• ERP systems
• - Pedagogical skill, communication strength and an independent and structured working method
