You want to represent the military insurance in court and conduct appeal proceedings? Then you are right with us. What you do

• You will conduct appeal proceedings in military insurance cases and draw up legally sound decisions.
• You edit mainly French-language dossiers and write correspondence and legal texts in French.
• You represent the military insurance before cantonal insurance courts and the Federal court.
• You will analyze complex legal issues, provide well-founded legal information and develop practical solutions.
• You advise employees in ongoing cases and support them with legally demanding questions. What you bring
• You have a law degree and a lawyer's patent.
• You bring experience in litigation or as a court clerk: and have already written legal decisions.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of social security law.
• You master German at native level and write legal texts safely in French. Knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
• You work independently, solution-oriented and appreciate the professional exchange in the team.
