• BAG-internal offices among others in the area of procurement, contract and subsidy law
• Processing legislative projects and advising on legal issues, in particular in the field of narcotics and health professional law
• Opinions on parliamentary initiatives in the framework of administrative consultations and complaints procedures
• University degree in law with excellent knowledge of Swiss public law
• Professional experience in legislation and knowledge of procurement, contract and subsidy law is advantageous
• Solution orientation, consulting competence and precise expression
• Structured and independent working methods
• Enjoying innovative and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Active knowledge of two official languages and if possible passive knowledge of the third official language
