- Invoicing for the Region of Aargau
- Support function for our housekeeper on the mandates for administrative matters including scheduling of incoming messages
- Super-user function for our CAFM system (Planon)
- Control and monitoring of service workflows incl.
Completion of completed orders in the CAFM system
- Processing of orders and procurement of materials
- Auditing and accounting of creditors’ invoices and clarification of discrepancies between order, delivery and invoice
- Responsibility in the area of lock management for some mandates of the region, as well as office and material management That's what makes you.

- Commercial or technical-commercial basic training with some years of professional experience
- Very good computer user knowledge (MS-Office)
