Your tasks

• Ensure high quality, customer-oriented and target-oriented therapy planning for inpatients
• Monitoring mandatory therapies and minutes of therapy in Rehatis under the guidelines of Streha
• Plan the tasks and appointments of employees and students
• Opti maelle Use of all resources (personnel, rooms, equipment, etc.)
• Implement new services and resources in the electronic system
• Outpatient case management and scheduling
• Data collection for ANQ and Streha in the electronic system
• Provides professional and effective administrative and organisational support (organizes occasions, meetings and writes protocols, supports and processes multimedia concerns)
• Data transfer from KIS to accounting tools
• Takes over tasks in projects, process and document management
• Training and support of learners
• Deputy Director of Therapeutic Co-Stupilion in their absence
