This is what you do with us

As an organizational and language talent, you are the first contact person on the phone and take over assistance cases independently from A to Z. You organize immediate measures in case of breakdowns, accidents or other concerns and thus provide fast and concrete help.

You coordinate assignments with our service providers and partners and ensure a smooth process.

With your customer-oriented approach, you can handle the calls of our customers outside the opening hours of the general agencies – and ensure that they feel in good hands at all times.

This is what you bring with you

• Several years of professional experience in direct customer contact, e.g. a completed basic training in the gastro, tourism, medical and insurance industry, in customer dialogue or in the commercial sector
• Safe handling of computers and common digital work equipment
• High willingness to provide services as well as reliability, punctuality and flexibility for 24/7 shift operation (including weekends)
• Flowing Swiss German and French skills, good Italian and English skills are advantageous
