The University Psychiatric Centre in Bern (UPZ) offers comprehensive psychiatric care, from early detection to rehabilitation to outpatient treatment, day and stationary hospital, throughout the life course. As a university hospital, UPZ makes an essential contribution to specialized care, training, teaching and research. The university clinic of psychiatry and psychotherapy of children and adolescents is positioned as an innovative and dynamic entity within this structure, dedicated to the care of children and adolescents suffering from mental disorders from 0 to 18 years. Do you want to be part of a motivated and ambitious team at the University Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy in Biel? We work closely with educational and psychological leaders in teams representing three disciplines. You will have the opportunity to discover different areas of specialization and develop your skills in these areas. We will be pleased to support you in your new area of activity as a framework and provide you with close clinical supervision in the form of supervision. Our (psycho)therapeutic priorities are very diverse, including specializations in dialectic behavioral therapy, systemic therapy (multifamily therapy), psychodynamic therapy and home therapy. Are you already a specialist in child and adolescent psychotherapy and psychiatry and psychotherapy? We're looking for backup for our team at the bilingual Biel site.

Your tasks
- You are responsible for the diagnosis and treatment in psychiatry of children and adolescents in close interdisciplinary collaboration with our Bienne region team
- You can be responsible for outpatient services, outpatient crisis surgery or both day clinics.
- You're part of the specialized daycare service (medical spike)
- You take on leadership and continuing training tasks in the clinical units assigned to you
- Support and support tailored to your needs in your professional, personal and executive development
- Participation in the development of clinical concepts in close collaboration with a committed multidisciplinary team
Your profile
- You are a specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry
- You speak German (level C1) and you master French. Knowledge in French (level B2) is desirable
- You want to improve your language level
- You want to apply diagnostic and treatment concepts in line with current science-based guidelines and contribute to the development of therapeutic offer
- You want to meet the challenge of coaching people with professional and personal skills
- You are able to assess the most diverse situations with professionalism and to react in a flexible and competent way
- You have good communication skills, you are calm, you have cooperation and authority.
