The Biel Hospital Center is expanding its ENT offering and thus creating new opportunities for modern and well-organized outpatient care. In the ENT-Ambulatorium you can expect a versatile and self-responsible role with plenty of room for your own ideas and design. You are the first contact person for the ENT, are responsible for central administrative processes and support the medical team in day-to-day business. At the same time, you analyze and optimize processes, accompany projects and actively participate in the further development of the ENT offer. Medical/practical assistant/in 40%
You do
- You are the first contact person for the ENT – inside and outside the hospital
- You support the ENT doctors and are responsible for the administration including secretarial work, reports, cost language and dunning procedures
- You manage the material and ensure the maintenance of the office rooms
- You analyze and optimize the ENT processes and bring your own suggestions for further development
- You accompany ongoing projects, support project management and help with further ENT expansion
- Once a month, you support the ENT consultation hours at the SZB location as well as your colleagues for holiday absences and work as a user representative for the new building in Bruges.
