This role is designed for an experienced premium retail professional who can become operational quickly, support the Store Manager and bring confidence, structure and commercial expertise during the winter peak.

  • Drive sales, clienteling and boutique KPIs, turning performance indicators into concrete actions.
  • Coach and support Sales Associates through daily feedback and hands-on guidance.

Here, experience matters. We are looking for someone who can bring proven premium retail expertise and support the team from day one.

  • Previous responsibility for a team, sales floor or boutique operations.
  • Strong understanding of clienteling, sales targets and retail KPIs.
  • The ability to coach others and raise team performance.
  • Confidence to make decisions and take ownership when the Store Manager is absent.
  • English is required.
  • Availability to work a flexible rota, including weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods.

Nice-to-have

  • German, French or any additional language.
  • Experience in luxury fashion, ski, outdoor or performance apparel.
  • Previous Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience.

  • Leadership, product and client-experience development.

Questions about this listing

What salary does Fusalp offer for this role?

The original listing does not state a salary. Our estimate for this role and sector in Saanen is CHF 109'000 - 167'000 gross per year — an estimate, not a figure communicated by Fusalp. The calculator on this site converts a gross salary into your actual net take-home once cross-border tax and social contributions are applied.

Is this a full-time role, and what type of contract does Fusalp offer?

This listing is a full-time position. The contract type shown here comes directly from the employer's original posting; always confirm exact hours, notice period and probation length with Fusalp during the application process, since these details can vary by role even within the same contract category.

Do I need a cross-border work permit for a role in Bern?

EU/EFTA residents living in the border zone of the country adjoining Canton Bern can apply for a G permit; the Swiss employer files it with that canton's migration office after the contract is signed. Border-zone rules and processing times vary by neighbouring country and canton, so confirm the specifics with Bern's cantonal migration office or with HR during the application.
