Role overview
The Department of Finance and Municipalities (DFG) comprises six departments with a wide range of activities and around 450 employees.
The DFG performs various cross-cutting tasks for other departments and departments and performs various special tasks.
The Department Secretariat is the central staff body in the DFG, with the units General Secretariat, Financial Secretariat and Digital Administration.

- Assistance of the Secretary General in all administrative and organisational matters and deputising for the assistant of the department head (100 % attendance)
- Monitoring pending dates, deadlines and coordinating meetings Ensure reception and telephone service

- Preparation of documents for bodies, commissions and organisations
Application process
- Assistance in the preparation of government applications, decrees, legislative and administrative procedures and projects Requirements
- Commercial basic training or equivalent training as well as several years of professional experience (especially leadership support), managerial assistant with federal agency of advantage
- Experience in data collection in the management program CMI with very good IT knowledge (especially MS-Office) Own initiative and organisational talent
- Structured, independent and careful working methods
- High social skills, flexibility, resilience and service-oriented action
- Confident oral and written knowledge of German provided, knowledge of another cantonal language is advantageous
