In extensive and partly media-exposed criminal investigations as well as in international legal assistance proceedings, which support case-leading prosecutors mainly in German
- Support procedural planning, prepare and implement evidence gathering, hearings and coercive measures
- Ensure close cooperation in the process team and with external partners
- Clarify legal issues, independently draft injunctions and legal documents of all kinds (e.g. pleas, complaints and opinions)
- Develop final decisions such as charges, penal orders, non-handling orders and hiring orders
- University degree in law with good knowledge of criminal law and criminal procedure law
- Additional qualifications e.g. attorney's patent, dissertation, LL.M., CAS as well as knowledge in the field of law enforcement desired
- Professional experience at a public prosecutor’s office, in a court of law, or in a related field
- Structured and result-oriented working methods as well as networked thinking and solution-oriented, pragmatic and assertive personality with a positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and in English; passive knowledge of the third official language
