Role overview
The SRO Psychiatric Services ensure regional, community and patient-oriented psychiatric care for 80 000 inhabitants.
We have modern, integrated supply structures such as emergency hospital, station-equivalent mobile acute treatment, integrative psychiatry care, social-psychiatric and psychotherapeutic outpatients at 4 locations with special offers, as well as rehabilitation day clinic, acute day clinic, age psychiatry with ambulatory and day clinic and a stationary offer with 34 beds in Spital Langenthal.
We have the SIWF recognition as a further education in category A for 3 years, both outpatient and stationary.
- The SRO Psychiatric Services ensure regional, community and patient-oriented psychiatric care for 80 000 inhabitants.

Main responsibilities
- They work mentally and psychotherapically in our interdisciplinary team with mentally ill people from the whole diagnostic range.
- They perceive these people in their complex lifestyles and their competences and resources.
- Long-term therapies are also possible.
- Relationship constancy in case management and respectful negotiation with those affected at eye level are important treatment principles in our service.
- They work closely with assigning positions in a multi-professional team.

- They already have experience in the field of psychiatry and are in a psychotherapy training or strive for a job.
