Your tasks

• Reception and care of patients, including appointment and agenda management
• Organisation of consultation hours, performance of venous blood sampling, injections and injection instructions
• Writing office hours reports from Dictaphone
• Diverse administrative secretarial work to support practical operations
• Communication and coordination with internal and external contacts
• Possibility for further training and competence expansion in patient counselling for self-management

Your profile

• Completed training as a medical assistant:in
• Flexible, resilient and positioned personality with organisational skills
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and experience in writing medical reports from Dictaphone
• Efficient, independent and responsible work, even in demanding situations
• Patient orientation and a friendly attitude that creates a pleasant practice atmosphere
