Spitexdienste Laupen is a non-profit organisation with a public mandate. The catchment area includes the municipalities of Laupen, Mühleberg, Frauenkappelen, Kriechenwil, Ferenbalm, Gurbrü and Wileroltigen with approximately 10,000 inhabitants. You work where the clients are at home and love the varied area of responsibility. To complement our team we are looking for a Specialist / Health / Nurse / in FA SRK / Nurse / Care specialist DNI 60 – 80% Our central starting point for our clients is in the Betagtenzentrum Laupen. From here we start with our own or the Spitex car on our tours. Your tasks

• You take on responsible tasks in treatment care, such as directing and administering medications and carrying out wound care
• You support our clients with individual basic care and contribute to their well-being
• You help to promote the independence of our clients and accompany them resource-oriented in everyday life
• You actively participate in the implementation and updating of care planning
• The documentation of the services provided and care-relevant information is done with the tablet
• You will actively participate in team meetings and case discussions and contribute your expertise to the interdisciplinary exchange.

This is what you ideally bring with you

• Completed training as a specialist Health EFZ, nurse FA SRK or nurse/nurse specialist DNI (or equivalent recognised training)
• Ideally, you will bring a few years of professional experience in the Spitex area
• working time: shared services
• Part-time assignments with half days are possible
• You are characterized by empathy, flexibility and a high level of social skills
• With your open, positive and appreciative basic attitude, you meet our clients and the team at eye level
• For the missions you ideally have your own vehicle and are ready to use it for the tours
