- Specific responsibilities in addition to the above:
- Participation in telephone pickets and weekend stays, organized and shared among all FMH Psychiatric Executives in the Mental Health Department
- You have a diploma as a psychiatrist with a specialization in adult psychiatry, recognized by the Swiss authorities (MEBEKO).

Main responsibilities
- Specific responsibilities in addition to the above:
- Participation in telephone pickets and weekend stays, organized and shared among all FMH Psychiatric Executives in the Mental Health Department
- Flexibility, versatility, proactivity and resilience will be key to evolving and contributing in this challenging context.
- You also hold the title of FMH specialist (or equivalent) in psychiatry.
- You are fluent in French and German at a C1
- C2 level ideally.
- You have a confirmed experience in outpatient psychiatry.
- An experience in accompanying patients in acute psychiatric care would be a valuable asset. A significant academic experience would also be desired.
- You have strong listening, analysis and decision-making skills and are able to manage stressful and complex situations effectively.
- You are autonomous in your practice while respecting the protocols and values of the establishment.
