Then you can expect a varied activity at the interface between outpatient psychiatry, psychiatric emergency care and somatic medicine. The position combines approximately equal parts of the work in our psychiatric ambulatory with the work on the interdisciplinary emergency at the Burgdorf location. Immediately or by agreement we are looking for:n

Your main tasks

• You diagnose and treat the entire spectrum of psychiatric diseases under specialist supervision
• You are looking after your own patients independently in the ambulatory setting
• You conduct psychiatric assessments and crisis interventions on the Interdisciplinary Emergency
• You work in the consiliary and liaison psychiatry within the somatic hospital
• You work interprofessionally with the medical disciplines, psychology, care and other professional groups
• You contribute to the preparation of psychiatric reports

Your profile

• You have completed your medical studies with a Swiss diploma or with a degree recognised by MEBEKO
• Psychiatric prior experience, especially from the stationary area, is advantageous, but not a requirement
• You are interested in the full breadth of adult psychiatry and psychiatric emergency situations
• You work independently, structured and responsible
• You also perform sovereignly in demanding clinical situations
• Interprofessional and interdisciplinary cooperation makes you happy
• You are willing to increasingly take responsibility for your own outpatient treatment activity
