Requirements

- Willingness to learn and high IT affinity
- CRMS: User knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights desirable
- CMS: User knowledge of content management systems desirable
- Matriculation at a university
Tasks and responsibilities
- Support for the operational implementation of communication and marketing measures (e.g. mailings)
- Cooperation in the preparation, filling and triggering of media and information mails (e.g. newsletters, invitations, serial mails) via the CRMS
- Cooperation in data maintenance
- Implementation and filling of content and objects in the content management system according to content and technical specifications
- Operational support in the cross-channel implementation of communication measures of the entire university

The term of office shall be two years.
