You can achieve this - you support the CEO of Swiss Post Cargo in the administrative and organizational day-to-day business, in particular by managing his appointments.
- You will also arrange the CEO's trips, book flights, trains and hotels and synchronize all travel documents and the agenda.
- You will organize and coordinate appointments, meetings and workshops of the management Swiss Post Cargo independently, keeping an eye on priorities and deadlines at all times.
- Prepare meetings before and after, create tracts, documents and minutes and ensure consistent tracking of pendences.
Presentations, writing and contributions for Microsoft Teams are created, maintained and updated according to the addressee.
Internal and external correspondence are carefully drafted, checked and controlled and ensure clear and step-by-step communication.
- You organize internal events, ensure a smooth implementation and take on special tasks on behalf of the CEO, actively contributing your own ideas for improvement.
