Key requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Grundausbildung, zum Beispiel in der Gastro-, Tourismus-, Medizinal-, Versicherungsbranche, im Kundendialog oder im kaufmännischen Bereich
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Kundenkontakt
- Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Arbeitsmitteln rund um den Computer
- Teamfähige, kommunikative, offene und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit der nötigen Dienstleistungsbereitschaft (Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und Flexibilität in der Einsatzplanung (24/7 inkl. Wochenende))
- Fliessende Schweizerdeutsch- und Französischkenntnisse. Gute Italienischkenntnisse sind vor Vorteil

- This is what you will achieve with us: As an organizational and language talent, the focus of your job will be on answering assistance cases by telephone and processing them independently.
- You will be responsible for organizing immediate measures in the event of a breakdown, accident and other concerns.

- Successfully completed basic training, for example in the catering, tourism, medical and insurance industries, in customer dialogue or in the commercial sector
- Several years of professional experience with customer contact
- Confident handling of technical work equipment around the computer
- Team-oriented, communicative, open and resilient personality with the necessary willingness to provide services (reliability, punctuality and flexibility in deployment planning (24/7 incl.
- Fluent in Swiss German and French.
