Hasliberg Rehabilitation Clinic is a renowned Swiss clinic in the field of psychosomatic, internistic-oncological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. With the Center for Pain and Stress Medicine in Bern, we run a specialized outpatient competence center for the integrative treatment of chronic pain and stress secondary diseases – an offering with a consistent biopsychosocial approach that is unique in the region. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed doctor/spital secretary immediately or by agreement.

Their tasks

• Planning and coordination of medical and psychological consultation hours
• Appointments with patients
• Ensuring a smooth daily routine in the ambulatory
• Reception and telephone services
• Writing (from dictation), correction and sending medical reports
• Management and maintenance of patient records
• Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
• Correspondence with assignees, GPs, clinics and insurance companies
• Obtaining medical records and findings
• General correspondence and secretarial tasks
• Controlling (reporting, performance recording, etc.)

Our expectations

• Completed training as medical / hospital secretary: in or similar with a medical background
• Professional experience in the medical environment as well as good knowledge of medical terminology required
• Good knowledge of German
• Team-capable, flexible and communicative personality
