- Higher level training in finance, accounting, trust, tax or business administration or equivalent knowledge and experience Sound expertise in the field of VAT
- Several years of management experience with strong social skills as well as the ability to promote, challenge and sustainably motivate employees

- Strong communication skills, confident appearance and negotiating skills
